A team of experts for guidance and support
The deployment of an ERP solution and a technical configurator is a business project in itself that requires thorough support. To ensure your success, ISIA’s teams proffer 20 years of professional expertise in the field.
What does the Diapason set up involve? Our methodology
Installing Diapason consists of four separate phases, each of which is validated by a deliverables recap. Your project is easily monitored and validated, while rapidly adjusting to your specific production needs.
Your project is running: your specific needs and constraints are analyzed, while resources, overall budget and timetables are defined.
DELIVERABLE 1: THE CONTRACT
You receive your contract that defines your project’s scope, provides an analysis of any potential risks, all necessary resources, the budget and the complete timetable.
Your installation is implemented. Your management flows and your configurators are set up, skills have been transferred, and your administrators have been fully trained in the new software’s functionalities.
DELIVERABLE 2: VALIDATION
Your software is installed with your specific settings. You receive a detailed report of all the analyses, your acceptance test plan, and all the documents to monitor your project.
Your data is initialized, and the end users of your software are trained. Any necessary adjustments are implemented.
DELIVERABLE 3: VALIDATION PRIOR TO START-UP
Your monitoring documents and acceptance test plan are updated according to your project’s progress status, and your data is entered and/or initialized.
Your software is installed and ready to use. Advice for your in-house teams, additional training as required, setting up of remote maintenance. All services are at your disposal.
DELIVERABLE 4: DELIVERY OF YOUR SUMMARY
You receive all summary documents, your final software settings, and the agreement to sign off on your project.
Who handles Diapason integration?
We are flexible, you choose the most suitable approach.
Based on a detailed specification booklet, ISIA implements Diapason using functional settings. ISIA can also prepare the specification booklet. To ensure project success, ISIA makes a contractual commitment to the functional results, integration lead time and the budget.
ISIA takes responsibility for Diapason configuration during the strategic phases (modules) of the project. A transfer of skills allows the customer's team to complete the project, and take responsibility for maintenance and upgrades. ISIA is then no longer involved except as a technical support expert.
