Join a steadily growing company
Do you want to join our group and share in our adventure?
Great! Because we’re looking for new talent to help us remain innovative and progressive.
What do we do at ELCIA?
The ELCIA group consists of two companies: ELCIA and ISIA.
We provide software solutions for manufacturers, dealers and installers in the windows, doors and shading systems industry. Franck Couturieux founded ELCIA in 1999, launching our flagship product, ProDevis. 20 years on, ELCIA has established itself as the industry leader and secured its place among France’s leading software providers.
In 2015 we acquired our subsidiary, ISIA, along with its ERP system: Diapason. Our shared aim is to use our solutions to pull together the links in the digital chain connecting all the players in the windows and doors industry.
Our sites may be 700 km apart, but in our shared aims and values we are shoulder to shoulder.
Empathy and team spirit
Every one of us does our best to help ELCIA move forward. So it is very important to us to create a working atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable.
What can you expect if you join our company?
Comprehensive induction training to give you the best possible start in your new job, an annual company outing (previous trips have been to Alpe d’Huez ski resort for a raclette party at a restaurant at 2,000 m altitude and fun activities in the snow, and to La Grande-Motte with horse riding and walks in the Camargue), plus table football tournaments at lunchtime.

So it’s a great place to work, but what really drives us is innovation
Count up our engineers on the 2nd floor, our developers on the 3rd floor, our sales, marketing, accounts and reception colleagues in our Open Space and our training experts constantly on the move arounds France, and you’ll get to 180 employees – all with very different professional profiles, who complement one another and are constantly developing. You can tell from our average age (32) that we’re going places!
If you’re thinking we might be tempted to rest on our laurels, you don’t know us very well! We live and breathe innovation. As a result, we’re always looking to the future! And because new projects are coming in all the time, we need talented new people with the same passion who want to help us write the next chapter of our success story.
Are you ready for an adventure?

We’re always happy to receive unsolicited applications too. Simply send us your CV and covering letter – we promise we will read them.
Stéphanie Robin in Recruitment (make a note of her name as you might be in touch with her soon) has her hands full because we have taken on 30 new employees in less than a year!
Our working environment?O
ELCIA in Brignais (Lyon)
New premises in the heart of the Sacuny Business Park where nature and industry meet, close to shops, with a terrace for soaking up the sun at lunchtime and a Ninkasi bar for a relaxing drink after work. Sounds like a description from a travel brochure? Well it’s not. It’s where we work. You may not have heard of Brignais, but this small town with a population of 11,000 offers everything you need for a perfect working environment. All the amenities of a town combined with the delights of the countryside – and all just a 20-minute drive from Lyon.
ISIA, near Tarbes
A workplace in easy reach of everything. How does that sound? With an airport and the autoroute nearby, ISIA offers a wealth of possibilities. Fancy going skiing? That’s just 45 minutes away. A swim in the ocean? An hour. A trip to Toulouse? An hour and a half. Or how about Pau? Forty-five minutes max. The Spanish border? You can practically see it from your window. Are you already planning your weekends? There are great restaurants and sports facilities here too. Eat or exercise: the choice is yours! In any case, we’ve already settled on a certain way of socialising here: lunch at V&B on Fridays and a coffee break with colleagues every morning.
