Twenty years ago, when we launched ProDevis, the sector’s very first specialist costing software, we simplified and improved access to the windows and doors industry for everyone. It was a real revolution. Today, this software is used every day by 20,000 specialists. More than 600 manufacturers and at least half of the installation firms in France now rely on ProDevis.

This revolution was started by our founder and CEO, Franck Couturieux. As the son of a carpenter, he grew up in the world of window and door construction. Combining this childhood passion with his training as a software developer, Franck Couturieux set up ELCIA.

In 2016, building on 20 years of industry experience and our constant pursuit of innovation, we launched the industry’s very first entirely cloud-based platform – a second revolution that paved the way for all businesses in the windows, doors and shading systems industry to enter a new technological age. Everything – from the Sales Configurator and applications to price information – is stored online and can be accessed from a any device via a simple internet connection.

This technological revolution means that today, we can develop applications that no one will want to be without tomorrow: costing and business administration solutions (ProDevis), digital solutions for product configuration and sales support (MyPricer), and plant and production management solutions (Diapason).
